1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk165 ("pk165", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pk165.net.

By accessing the pk165 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting any bonus offer, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk165 platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on pk165, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pk165 is strictly a 21+ platform. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name, not on behalf of a third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of pk165 or any of its affiliates.
• You do not already hold another active pk165 account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.

pk165 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits returned where legally required, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one (1) pk165 account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are required to notify pk165 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk165 login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. pk165 will never ask for your full password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted via your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility until you formally notify pk165 of unauthorised access.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

pk165 operates in compliance with applicable international anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point deemed necessary, pk165 may request:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card / CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account)
• Source of funds documentation where deposit volumes warrant enhanced due diligence

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until documentation is received and verified.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk165 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

4.2 Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction on the pk165 cashier page. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment network. pk165 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the funding source must match the registered account holder's name.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (the "matching method" rule). Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one to three business days. Expedited processing is available for fully verified accounts. pk165 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, and game stakes placed on pk165 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. Where these general Terms conflict with product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that specific event or game.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk165 does not accept cancellation requests after a wager has been accepted by the system.
• pk165 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where pricing was clearly erroneous ("palpable error") regardless of whether the event has settled.
• In-play betting markets are governed by the data feeds received from official scoring systems. Discrepancies between broadcast coverage and official data are resolved using official data.
• For cricket betting (including PSL, Test matches, and ODI events), ball-by-ball markets are settled using the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per sport, and per day. These limits are displayed on the betting slip prior to bet confirmation.
• Winnings from casino games are credited instantly upon game round completion, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk165 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered users. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the absence of offer-specific terms, these general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the validity period stated at the time of the offer. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• pk165 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion if abuse, fraud, or system exploitation is suspected.
• Using bonus funds on excluded games (which may include certain live dealer tables or progressive jackpots) may not contribute toward wagering requirements. Excluded games are listed in the offer-specific terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk165 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Registering or operating more than one account (multi-accounting).
2. Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the platform.
3. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or latency in live sports feeds to gain an unfair advantage ("arbing" or "scalping" in a manner that constitutes abuse).
4. Laundering money or using the pk165 platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
5. Sharing, selling, or transferring your pk165 account or account credentials to any third party.
6. Providing false information during registration or KYC processes.
7. Attempting to circumvent deposit or withdrawal limits through structuring of transactions.
8. Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
9. Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the pk165 platform.
10. Any conduct that pk165 reasonably determines to constitute fraud, bad faith, or an attempt to defraud the platform or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk165 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk165 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk165 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse engineered, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of pk165.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk165 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by factors outside pk165's reasonable control, including network failures, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where pk165 has complied with its stated security obligations.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on the platform, including live odds, scores, or statistics sourced from third-party data providers.

pk165's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

pk165 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on pk165, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk165 uses your data to administer your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve platform functionality. pk165 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulators as required by law or by applicable licensing conditions.

11. Responsible Gaming

pk165 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available free of charge from the pk165 account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at defined intervals to notify you of elapsed playing time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all pk165 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

pk165 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (which are illustrative, not exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same user.
• Receipt of a request or order from a competent authority or regulator.
• Insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings initiated by or against the account holder.

Upon account closure for legitimate cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Genuine account balances representing the user's own deposited and legitimately won funds will be returned via the registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks and deduction of any amounts owed to pk165.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk165 support. Outstanding wagers will be settled in the normal course prior to final closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk165 may revise these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Where changes are material, pk165 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via the email address on file, or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of pk165 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk165's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising between you and pk165, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pk165's internal complaints procedure.

A complaint may be submitted in writing to the pk165 support team. pk165 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through this process, escalation paths are available through the dispute resolution mechanisms of the applicable licensing authority.
